I Saved a Life with TASER - Submission

Law Enforcement… we need your help!

We at TASER often hear stories about how our law enforcement officers are using TASER electronic control devices (ECDs) successfully in the field and reducing officer and suspect injuries. In fact, by one estimate TASER ECDs are used several hundred times a day throughout the U.S. and are proven to be very effective in helping you do your job more safely. Often these stories are extraordinary and demonstrate exceptional courage that in many cases result in a life being saved.

That's why we are reaching out to you, our law enforcement professionals. You or someone you know may have been personally involved in a situation where a TASER deployment may have prevented serious injury, or perhaps even the escalation to deadly force.

We would like to hear your stories and potentially share your positive and extraordinary experiences with others.

We have made it simple for you to submit your TASER story. Just fill in the fields below with your contact information and the specifics of your event such as where the incident occurred, when it occurred, who was involved, and what was the outcome. You understand that the images may be altered and you understand that TASER may, at its discretion, edit your testimonial for spelling, grammar, or wording when necessary. You waive the right to approve of any finished product. You release TASER, its employees, agents, and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right, including any claims of infringement, unfair competition, breach of implied contract, defamation, breach of privacy, or breach of confidentiality, and you expressly waive any moral rights you may have in the submission of that you may have in connection with TASER's use. You certify that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the full legal right to execute this agreement. Your submission of the photo or video is your guarantee that you are the owner of the photo or video.

If you do not wish to grant TASER these rights, then do not submit information to this website. TASER reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and to remove information from the TASER's website and other published materials at any time at its sole discretion. No posts from this site may be used for ANY purpose without the expressed written authorization of TASER.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its choice of law principles to the contrary. You will not commence any action or proceeding involving TASER relating to this agreement or your submission other than in the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in such courts. This agreement does not confer any right or benefit on any third party. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of this agreement will have full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified, or partially enforced, to the maximum extent permitted to effectuate the purpose of this agreement. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and TASER regarding your submission.
